We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please note it is the responsibility of visitors to these sites to review these pages for updates. 

Please do not visit the sites if you are not in agreement with the terms of use outlining usage of said sites.

Using these sites constitutes your agreement to these terms of use governing use of these sites.

TERMS OF SALE FOR COACHING SERVICES AND ADVISORY/CONSULTING SERVICES

If you are interested in receiving coaching or consulting advisory services, you will be required to enter your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS (REQUIRED) AND other information (usually optional) and you may receive an application form with additional questions to clarify whether the program or service offered would be a fit for all parties.

FINAL SALE POLICY

In the event we decide to have you sign up for coaching and advisory services, as of this writing, all PRICES ARE PAID IN FULL ONLY and NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. The full amount will be charged at checkout (not later). 

If you decide not to agree to these terms, a list of other more suitable coaches or consultants will be provided to you, gratis via email after you submit a contact form.

If you have done the work but feel you have not received the promised outcome (AT LEAST) of the services after you've paid for and gone through a coaching program, I will continue to work with you personally to ensure that your intentions for the program are met (within certain discretionary limits.)

Disclaimers

While we reserve the right to refuse to post any materials in violation of the above standards, as well as the full discretionary right to edit, remove or otherwise modify anything we deem unacceptable or unwelcome, we are not responsible for screening user posted content for any reason. 

We are not responsible for the content or information of other organizations or companies, including those we share links to.
